Custom Prints

All prints are made to order, unique, and personalized. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage or defect. We will either replace the item or issue a refund based on the situation.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange for damaged or defective items:

  1. Email us at info@leejonescreative.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. We’ll review your request and provide instructions for the next steps.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be covered by us. For any other reason (if applicable), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item (if applicable), we will process your replacement or refund within 7 business days.
